All meticulously painted in bright enamels.
While an export form, the decoration is in fine Chinese style except for the two dolphins on either side of the top flange. The reverse side is flat and glazed white.

This is a particularly fine example of this wonderful form. It was based upon a European metal type. The shape is European, the decoration is classic Chinese (except for the dolphin on the top part). It would have had a metal spigot with tap installed in Europe for functional use.
